In four steps

  1. Tell us where you are — Pick your city or share your location to see the shops around you. Your exact location is never stored on our servers.
  2. Order or book — Order from a shop’s page for pickup or delivery, where the shop offers it — or book an appointment with a barber or a salon.
  3. Pay in cash — You pay when you collect your order or when it is delivered.
  4. Follow it live — Your order page shows each step until your order is ready or on its way.

Sign in with your phone number and the code we send you. Your favorites and your orders stay in one place.

Which cities is instore in?

The cities with shops on instore are listed on the home page and at the bottom of every page. More cities are coming.

Does every shop deliver?

No. Each shop chooses pickup at the shop, delivery, or both, and its page and its card say which. Barbers, salons and laundries take online bookings instead.

How do I pay?

In cash, when you collect your order or when it is delivered — or at the shop for a booking. Card payment is coming soon.

How do I sign in?

With your phone number and the code we send you. One account works for every shop on instore.

Where do I follow my order?

On your order page, which opens as soon as you order; your account keeps every order. It shows each step until your order is ready or on its way.
